Terms and Conditions

Thank you for trusting Raq’s Pet Services to care for your pet! To ensure the best experience for both you and your furry friend, please review the following policies:

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advanced

  • Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

  • I accept payment via cash or e-transfer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pet Behavior

  • I reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows aggressive or dangerous behavior.

  • Please inform me of any behavioral issues ahead of time.

Emergency Contact

  • You must provide an emergency contact who can make decisions on your behalf if you are unreachable.

  • If your pet has a medical condition it is recommended you provide me contact information of their specific vet in case of an emergency.

Weather Policy

  • For dog walks, extreme weather (heavy rain, snowstorms, lightning, etc.) may cause services to be rescheduled or shortened for the pet's safety.

Health Requirements

  • All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses.

  • Please inform me of any health conditions or medications your pet requires.

Access and Home Security (for Drop-In Visits)

  • Clients are responsible for providing secure access to their homes.

  • Keys or codes will be kept private and secure.

Photo and Update Permission

  • Regular updates and photos will be sent during the service!

  • With your permission, cute pet photos may also be shared for promotional purposes.
